Spartan Fitness Mixed Martial Arts Classes
Mixed Martial Arts 101 (for beginner or advanced)
Instructional program with completely integrated, functional training. For sport, hobby or self defense. Includes:

  • Striking - Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing
  • Clinching - Greco-Roman Wrestling, Muay Thai
  • Takedowns/Takedown Defense - Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu
  • Ground Fighting - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Wrestling
  • Functional Fitness Training - Focusing primarily on combat athletics, conditioning and fitness drills
Kickboxing
Emphasis is placed on good boxing structure, footwork, body mechanics and timing. Focusing on long-range tools such as kicks and punches, as well as close-range knees and elbows.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Instructional program teaching ground grappling with emphasis on good technique, mobility and leverage awareness over sheer strength. For sport, exercise, hobby, sumission wrestling competition and an absolute necessity for complete self defense.
