- Striking - Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing
- Clinching - Greco-Roman Wrestling, Muay Thai
- Takedowns/Takedown Defense - Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu
- Ground Fighting - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Wrestling
- Functional Fitness Training - Focusing primarily on combat athletics, conditioning and fitness drills
